1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RIGX MOD, operated by BEIJING MOXI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ("RIGX MOD," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at rigxmod.com (the "Site") or by placing an order for any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer," "Customer," or "you") and BEIJING MOXI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., registered in Beijing, People's Republic of China. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products and Product Information

RIGX MOD designs, manufactures, and distributes precision-engineered automotive upgrade components, including but not limited to roof racks, bull bars, side steps, lighting systems, recovery gear, interior accessories, exterior accessories, and suspension components. Our products are specifically designed for off-road vehicles, including GWM TANK, Chery Jetour, BYD Formula Leopard, and compatible vehicle models.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, fitment guides, and photographs on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. Vehicle fitment information is provided as a guide; Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle model, year, and trim level before purchase.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, including during promotional periods. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Prices displayed on the Site do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges levied by the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be calculated and communicated during the quoting process.

4. Orders and Quotations

Due to the international nature of our business, most orders require a quotation before purchase. To obtain a quote, Customers may submit a request through our Quote page, via WhatsApp, or by email. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute an offer to sell and may be revised or withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance.

An order is confirmed and a binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of applicable export control regulations.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

For bulk or wholesale orders, a deposit of 30%–50% of the total order value is typically required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance due prior to shipment. Payment terms may be negotiated for established wholesale customers. All payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless prior credit arrangements have been approved in writing.

RIGX MOD employs secure payment processing systems and does not store credit card information on our servers. Payment data is handled by certified third-party payment processors in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general, we ship to over 80 countries worldwide via sea freight, air freight, and express courier services. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, packaging volume, and the destination country.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. While we work with reputable logistics partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Product Warranty

RIGX MOD provides a one-year (12-month) warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty covers defects under normal use and does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modification of the product, exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product's rated specifications, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact our support team with photographic evidence of the defect and a description of the issue within the warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for defective products. Consumable parts, electronic components subject to external damage, and products that have been altered or improperly installed are excluded from warranty coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIGX MOD and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, vehicle damage, personal injury, or any other loss arising from the use or installation of our products.

RIGX MOD products are aftermarket accessories. Installation of our products may affect vehicle warranty coverage from the original vehicle manufacturer. Customers are advised to consult with their vehicle dealer or manufacturer regarding the impact of aftermarket modifications on their vehicle warranty. RIGX MOD assumes no responsibility for any voided vehicle warranties resulting from the installation of our products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the products sold hereunder shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, design elements, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of BEIJING MOXI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The RIGX MOD name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BEIJING MOXI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Product images and descriptions may not be used for resale, auction, or competitive purposes without express authorization.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEIJING MOXI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of our products, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC/BIAC) for resolution by arbitration in Beijing, conducted in English. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. Alternatively, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of Beijing, People's Republic of China.
